La Ruleta is a drinking game for adults. Nobody has to drink: you can always pass or swap the alcohol for something else. Drink responsibly and never drive after drinking. The app only counts; it does not decide what anyone drinks.
The adult packs ("Picante" and "Sin filtro") are for people aged 18 or older and may offend.
